Note: all listed businesses are self-identified as Alaska Native-owned, either by the business owner filling out the form to add the business or by declaring the business as such on its website. This information has not been independently verified.
This website was created by a non-Native person who wanted to support Alaska Native-owned businesses, but didn't know where to start looking. She asked for recommendations on social media and discovered that others were also interested and needed the same resource, so she decided to make one. Thus, the directory was born.
